  • Business Transfers: If Lipwa is acquired, merged, or undergoes restructuring.

4. Fraud Prevention & Account Termination

Lipwa takes fraud and misuse of our platform very seriously. To protect users, partners, and financial institutions:

  • All transactions are monitored for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • If an account is found to be involved in fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity, it will be immediately suspended and permanently banned.
  • Any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld, frozen, or surrendered to relevant authorities as required by law.
  • Lipwa reserves the right to share information about fraudulent accounts with financial institutions, regulators, and law enforcement agencies.
